Here are a few important points to consider:

• Shimming the arm is very important and often over looked.

• Truing the comm is another area, to reduce vibration.

• Aligning the brush hoods and tightening the screws helps eliminate vibration.
• Breaking in the motor bushings in at low voltage (2 volts for twenty minutes) with our blend of synthetic oil, out lasts and out performs other motors.
• We install (3) high quality noise filtering capacitors.
• We solder the brushes on for maximum power transfer.
• We do custom brush loads for different types of racing needs. We have full serrated, hollow, proflow, V-slot and D-Deck in many different brush compounds. Different configurations and compounds make a big difference in motor performance for the different racing classes.

• We check each motor at various load settings to determine motor quality.

When our motors leave our shop, they are ready to bolt in and go. No other work is needed or necessary. The motors we sell will out perform and out last most motors on the market. If they do not meet our specifications, they go the neighbor kids or we will keep them as practice motors. The care comes from the time we spend with each motor and getting to know their quirks and fixing them. As I mentioned before, most manufactures don’t take the time.
